ACDER has an after-sales service to provide technical assistance to its clients, with vans equipped with tools and urgent spares in order to attend quickly and efficiently to any emergency efficiently, both THOMAS products and any make and model of bridge crane and gantry.

Services Any request for replacement parts will be sent quickly to any location in Spain or abroad. Punctual technical assistance can be provided anywhere in the Spanish peninsula or the Balearic Isles or the Canary Islands in a minimum period of 24 or 48 hours.

We can also offer a periodic preventative maintenance service contract to be carried out every 2, 3 or 6 months depending on each individual case. Ask for details.

For updating or modifying old cranes, we can provide a consultancy service on how to certify these cranes in accordance with the EC MACHINERY DIRECTIVE.
